Having developed in-house construction capabilities, allows ABCAPSTONE to control costs, expedite projects and ensure construction quality. In-house cost estimating professionals expedite decision making across the organization by providing investment professionals with timely and accurate budgeting information.

The projects developed by AB Capstone are managed by our in-house property management team. AB Capstone Management is tasked with the day to day management of the properties, tenant relations and preventative maintenance. The property management team gets involved early in the development process to ensure properties are efficiently designed and meet the demands of our diverse group of residential and commercial tenants.
